The Crystal Report is finished, but now we want to build out another process to allow us more flexibility e.g. export to unformatted excel as opposed to a pdf or html. I'll set up a process to write the comment value to a .csv, ftp to sql server, import into database, a view to query against the value, display the view in an access front end, and then write the file using vba

Final step - build out in policy editor and provide report to WFS for upload to BO server

Installed updated version and was able to connect to the db. Placing ticket on hold until SaaS conversion is complete. At that point, I will set up the report in Policy Editor and provide the rpt file to WorkForce for upload.

Report completed. Awaiting newer install of Crystal Reports from WorkForce as I cannot connect to the db.
